2. The Disorganized STATE ?

Countries want to grow economically as fast as possible...
The Japanese VS Indonesia cases.

2.2 Social Un-Justice
 

Citizens are loosing Jobs;
Wages are going down;
Quality of Life is also going down;
...

2.3 The STATE Role
 

Legislative Power;
Courts;
Police (repression of crime);
Education;
Health;
...

2.4 The lack of Government Power
 

CHINA, ITALY, JAPAN, RUSSIA and MACAU.

If Governments don't protect the Citizens the "MAFIA" will.
But, if Governments don't exist the "MAFIA" will IMPOSE the protection too and much more...
