Governments have legislation to regulate and to control the operations of the insurance sector. The insurance companies are obliged to present, periodically and yearly, reports to the insurance control authority of each Country. But, if these reports are only in paper, it is almost impossible to treat this data statistically and, also, very difficult to control the activity of the insurance sector.
Our Multi-lingual National Insurance Companies Control Software is, firstly, used by the insurance companies to export all the financial data electronically from their information systems or by filling it using easy copy+paste procedures, the software makes then a local validation at the insurance company offices; if validated the software is finally transferred to the insurance control authority, normally the Ministry of Finance.
The software is then used by the insurance control authority to control the activities of the insurance companies and to produce sophisticated statistics and graphics, besides allowing storing the data in all the existing commercial databases available, for future historical statistics purposes.
